Sting and Paul Simon concert in Prague has been postponed

Paul Simon and Sting

Sting has the flu, and for this reason the concert planned for the 14th of March in Prague at the O2 Arena will be postponed. Also the concert in Katowice, Poland, planned for the 13th of March will be affected.

Concert organizers invites ticket holders to keep the tickets until there will be new information about the concert.

“After being diagnosed with the flu and a high fever, under doctor’s orders, Sting has been forced to postpone these performances while he rests at home in New York City,” Live Nation said on Facebook.

“Both artists regret disappointing their fans. Fans are advised to retain their tickets pending additional concert information. Sorry for the complications and thank you for your understanding,” the statement concluded.

The two artists know each other since many years and the idea of performing together came in 2013, during a charity event for the Robin Hood Foundation, where they played together for the first time.
The reviews of this tour were very positive, so hopefully a new date can be set for the concert.
